Day 1     Lima

Arrive in Lima. Transfer from Lima Airport to hotel of your choice. Overnight.

Day 2  Lima-Cusco (B)

Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the Lima Airport to board morning flight to Cusco (air ticket not included in tour package). Flight takes approximately 80 minutes. Meet and greet at the Cusco Airport and transfer to your hotel. City tour in the afternoon: Cusco's historical center which includes the Main Square, the Cathedral, the Church of Santo Domingo/Koricancha Temple and the surrounding archaeological sites of Sacsayhuaman, Q'enqo, Puca Pucara and Tambomachay. Overnight.

Day 3     Cusco-Sacred Valley (B.L)

Breakfast at the hotel. Full day tour to the Sacred Valley of the Incas: The village of Pisac and its marketplace* and ancient Ollantaytambo village and its archaeological site. Buffet lunch at a countryside restaurant on the way. Transfer to the hotel of your choice in Sacred Valley. Overnight.

Day 4     Sacred Valley-Machu Picchu-Cusco (B)

Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the train station to board Backpacker Service** train to Machu Picchu village (Aguas Calientes). Ride takes approximately 90 minutes.. Bus ride from the village to the Machu Picchu citadel. Guided tour in the spectacular Inca citadel surrounded by high mountains and jungle vegetation. Return to Aguas Calientes in the afternoon where you will wait for the train to Cusco. Upon arriving to Cusco you will be transferred to your hotel. Overnight.

Day 5     Cusco-Puno (B.L)

Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to bus station for trip to Puno. Bus trip takes approximately 8 hours and includes a buffet lunch stop in Sicuani. Additional stops will be made along the way for guided visits to the Pikillacta and Pukara archaeological sites, the Andahuaylillas Church and La Raya Pass (the highest point of the route at 4.335 meters). Arrive in Puno and transfer to the hotel of your choice. Overnight.

Day 6     Puno-Lake Titicaca (B.L)

Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to Puno's pier to board the boat that will take you on a full day tour to 2 of the islands on Lake Titicaca. Visit Taquile Island and Uros floating islets. Lunch in Taquile. Return to hotel in the afternoon. Overnight.

Day 7     Puno-Lima (B)

Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the Juliaca`s airport for your return flight to Lima. Flight takes approximately 2 hours. Transfer to hotel in Lima. City tour in the afternoon to visit Lima's most important ancient, colonial and modern highlights. Overnight.

Day 8     Lima (B)

Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the airport to board your international return flight.
