Day 1   Lima      

Greet and meet upon arrival. Transfer to the hotel of your choice. Overnight.

Day 2   Lima-Arequipa (B.D)

Breakfast. Board morning flight to Arequipa. Transfer to the hotel of your choice. Arequipa city tour: Colonial churches and mansions, the Santa Catalina Monastery, the Yanahuara Lookout. Afternoon at leisure. Dinner at the Zig Zag Restaurant (Novo Andean Cuisine). Overnight.

Day 3   Arequipa-Colca (B)

Breakfast at the hotel. Overland transfer to the Colca Valley in the morning. See enroute, the Valley of the Volcanoes and the Andean camelids (alpacas, vicuñas and llamas) at the Salinas/Aguada Blanca National Reserve. Arrive in Chivay and transfer to the hotel of your choice. Visit to La Calera hot springs in the afternoon. Overnight.

Day 4   Colca-Arequipa (B)

Breakfast at the hotel. Tour of the Colca Valley and Canyon. Andean Condor sighting at Condor Cross Lookout.  Return to Arequipa in the afternoon and transfer to your hotel. Overnight.

Day 5   Arequipa-Puno (B)

Breakfast at the hotel. Tour to Arequipa's countryside; 17th Century Sabandia Mill, the Sachaca lookout and the Founder's Mansion. Transfer to the airport in the evening to board flight to Juliaca (Puno). Upon arrival transfer from the Juliaca Airport to hotel of your choice in Puno. Overnight.

Day 6   Puno (B.L)

Breakfast at the hotel. FD Tour to Taquile and Uros (Titicaca Islands) by boat starting early in the morning. Set lunch in Taquile. Return to Puno in the afternoon. Transfer to your hotel. Overnight.

Day 7   Puno-Cusco (B)

Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the airport to board flight to Cusco. Arrive in Cusco and transfer to hotel of your choice. City tour in the afternoon includes the Main Square, the Cathedral, the Koricancha Temple/Santo Domingo Church as well as surrounding archaeological sites of Sacsayhuaman, Q'enqo, Puca Pucara y Tambomachay. Overnight.

Day 8   Cusco -Sacred Valley (B.L)

Breakfast at the hotel. Full day tour to the Sacred Valley of the Incas. Visit to the village of Pisac and its traditional open market where all Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays, artisans from the surrounding communities dressed in their colourful attires gather to offer visitors their hand-made crafts. Visit to the ancient Ollantaytambo village with its streets, plazas and houses built on top of Incan foundations. Explore Ollantaytambo's  impressive archaeological complex. Buffet lunch in countryside restaurant in Urubamba. Transfer to hotel of your choice in Sacred Valley. Overnight.

Day 9   Sacred Valley-Machu Picchu-Cusco (B)

Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the Ollantaytambo station to board the Tourist Backpacker service train to Aguas Calientes (Machu Picchu village). The train ride takes approximately 90 minutes. Arrive to Aguas Calientes. Bus ride up to the Machu Picchu Citadel.

Guided tour in this modern world wonder built by the Incas and hidden on the lower jungle between two mountains, Machu Picchu (Old Mountain) and Huayna Picchu (Young Mountain). After touring Machu Picchu for approximately a couple of hours you will take the bus down to Aguas Calientes where you will wait until it is time to board the return Backpacker service train to Cusco. Upon arrival to Cusco you will be transferred to your hotel. Overnight.
